Joined up with the Foothill Force Jump Rope Team to perform at LCE’s Back-to-School Night! I’ve been coaching Foothill for the past 13 years, and it’s always great performing with the students I coach.

Taught some jump rope classes during LCE’s Health and Fitness Week! Students loved learning Double Dutch, fun group games, and more! Jump rope is the perfect activity for National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, every year in May.

Double Under Class with CrossFit Montrose
